How to Register for a PIPPS Account

What You'll Need:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Registration Page

  • Go to the PIPPS website and click on "Register" or "Sign Up"

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  1. Find the box labeled "Email"
  2. Type in your email address (example: yourname@email.com)
  3. Make sure there are no spelling mistakes

Step 3: Create Your Password

  1. Find the box labeled "Password"
  2. Type a password that has:
    • At least 8 letters or numbers
    • At least 1 capital letter (like A, B, C)
    • At least 1 number (like 1, 2, 3)
Example of a good password: MyPass123

Step 4: Confirm Your Password

  1. Find the box labeled "Verify Password"
  2. Type the EXACT same password again
  3. Make sure both passwords match perfectly

Step 5: Choose Your Account Type

Pick one option by clicking the circle next to it:

  • POS - Choose this if you're running a store or selling things
  • APPOINTMENT - Choose this if you're booking appointments or scheduling people

Step 6: Submit Your Registration

  1. Click the big "Register" button
  2. Wait a few seconds while the system creates your account

Step 7: You're Done! 🎉

  • If everything is correct, you'll automatically be logged in
  • You'll see the main menu of the app

Common Problems and Solutions

Problem: "Email is already registered"

What it means: Someone already used that email
What to do: Use a different email OR click "Back to Login" if it's your account

Problem: "Passwords do not match"

What it means: You typed different passwords in Step 3 and Step 4
What to do: Retype both password boxes with the same password

Problem: "Password must be at least 8 characters long"

What it means: Your password is too short or missing a capital letter or number
What to do: Make a longer password with at least one capital letter and one number

Problem: "Please enter a valid email address"

What it means: Your email is typed incorrectly
What to do: Check that your email has an @ sign and looks like: name@email.com
